BigMini Rentals powers UAE events with fast delivery, pro setup, and 24/7 support. From tableware and décor to silent portable ACs, heaters, and air coolers, we’ve got you covered. Need furniture? Choose short- or long-term rentals with next-day swaps. Planning a backyard party or a 1,000-guest gala, BigMini Rentals supplies tables, chairs, tents, and custom add-ons across Dubai, Abu Dhabi and other emirates with a 4-hour emergency cooling response.

We offer our rental items for all kinds of events, from cosy backyard gatherings to large conferences and exhibitions. With our extensive selection of sofas and coffee tables, we can cater to any size of conference or corporate event. BigMini Rentals also specialises in temporary and emergency cooling services, working with data centers, homes, offices, tents, and almost any place that needs quick cooling solutions. Booking & Payment

Do you have a minimum order value?

For Dubai, the minimum Order Value is AED 300.
For Sharjah, the minimum Order Value is AED 500.
For Ajman, the minimum Order Value is AED 600.
For Umm Al Quwain, the minimum Order Value is AED 700.
For Abu Dhabi, Al Ain, Fujairah, RAK, the minimum Order Value AED 1000.

Please be aware that you still need to pay delivery charges on top of the rental prices.

Yes, you can rent our items for as short as one day or extend your rental up to many months. We have flexible daily, weekly, and monthly rates to suit your needs. Feel free to reach out to the BigMini Rentals team for more information—we’re here to help!

You can easily choose your favourite products directly from our website. Each product has an’ Add to Quote’ option- just click it to add items to your quote. When you’re ready, proceed to checkout where you can adjust quantities or remove items. Once everything looks good, send us your inquiry, and our friendly team will get in touch with you soon to discuss the details.

If you’d prefer, you can also contact us by phone or WhatsApp at 043529929, send us an email, or fill out the online form, and our sales team will be happy to call you back.

In most cases, a deposit is not required. However, if your order is on the smaller side and you prefer to collect the products from our warehouse, we would kindly request a small security deposit.

We accept online bank transfers, cheques, cash, or card payments on delivery. You can also request a payment link from our sales team

Delivery & Setup

Are there delivery options available for the rental items?

Yes, BigMini Rentals has a large fleet and a well-trained delivery team to ensure timely delivery, collection, and proper setup. If our delivery team is fully booked, we collaborate with reputable transportation partners who can offer a nearly identical level of service.

Our welcoming delivery team will unload your products and set them up at your location. Whether you’ve ordered tables, chairs, an air cooler, sofa, or anything else, we’ll take care of the setup just the way you prefer. Please keep in mind that our team will not be involved in decorating tables, chairs, or any other items

We offer self-collection and returns for our smaller products. Our sales agent can help confirm if your order qualifies for self-collection.

For larger items like tables, chairs, and sofas, our logistics team should manage the delivery and collection.

Quality & Availability

How do you ensure the quality of your rental items?

All our furniture and equipment are thoroughly cleaned, inspected, and maintained prior to each rental.

In the event of any accidental damage, you may incur charges for repair or replacement services. These costs will vary depending on the extent of the damage and the items affected. Please be aware that such fees are applicable to ensure that all damaged items are restored to their original condition.

Absolutely!
